Orders will be dispatched within 24 hours, and will usually be received within 2-3 days.

Next Day Special Delivery is available in the UK at an addition £4.95. Orders received before 12pm will be dispatched the same day.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping at a flat rate of £12.50! 

International orders will be shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed For delivery. A tracking number will be provided following dispatch. Items usually arrive within 5-7 working days from dispatch. 

Returns

You are always entitled to an exchange and/or refund within 14 days after that you have received your package. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us at shop@karenmabon.com and we will provide a return address.
